"I had a major accident in my house while putting up my Christmas Decor. I had a glass-top dining room table. Well, I don’t have one anymore & never will. I fell through the glass top after just reaching up on my knees to wipe one spot I had left. Anyway, I was in the hospital, then had to go stay with family for a week. So coming in my door, my broken glass & blood was every where you wanted to step. After seeing a large piece of glass sticking straight up, I totally lost it. I called 3-4 places, but no one had time until the next week. Then I called B & B. I know one of the brothers. Of course, I was still upset. But thank goodness for these kind gentlemen. Told it was going to be extra just for an emergency run & he had to pull another guy off another job. But God bless them, they had the glass up in no time. They offered to get the blood but had to have hazmat suits on and a lot of prep. But I was just happy to see the glass gone. Come time to pay, he quoted me a price 1/2 of what they had first said. Told him and the extra for the emergency visit. He said you just take care of yourself, and just glad they could help. Me still bawling, laughing & very grateful to the two guys. But if we need anything like something else cleaned. Hopefully, no glass or blood involved, they will be the first & only ones I will ever call. It’s been 3 yrs ago. Been wanting to let them know & I saw the reviews. Perfect place for their praises. Thank you all."
